Group CEO
is the Founder and Group CEO of IBG Group, bringing extensive international leadership experience across the construction, engineering, and property services sectors. Having worked with major blue-chip organisations throughout the UK, Europe, North America, Scandinavia, and Australasia, he has a proven track record of leading diverse groups of companies to achieve sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability. Perry oversees the strategic direction of the Group, supporting management teams and driving performance across the IBG portfolio.

Gill has extensive experience in sales, marketing and commercial strategy across international businesses.
Ased Iqbal
Acquisitions Director
Ased leads IBG Group’s acquisition strategy identifying and evaluating opportunities that enhance our capablities and strengthen the Group’s long-term growth.
Dougal Rennie
Finance Director
Dougal joined the group in 2025 as finance director bringing a wealth of experience in Finance and Banking.
Adam Phillips
Director
Adam leads HE&D delivering specialist Electrical and Mechanical solutions and supporting the continued growth of the business within the wider IBG group
Nick Wassell
Director
Nick leads AirportFix, providing specialist airport maintenance, refurbishment and operational support services across the UK.
Alan Burke
Director
Alan has extensive operational and technical experience, oversees day-to-day service delivery, ensuring clients receive responsive, high-quality support while maintaining the standards and efficiency that underpin Chadwell’s Constructions reputation.
Alan Pipe
Director
Delivers civil and structural engineering projects for CSP across a wide range of sectors throughout the UK. Also supporting the strategic management, administration, and development of the group.
